PAYMENT
Semi-custom and custom work requires a down payment of approximately 40% of the agreed upon item.
The progress of the work will be documented and every client sees the daily progression of their pot in an email.
Final payment upon acceptance of final product in photos.
Shipping will be done as soon as full payment is received.
Shipping charges are additional.
As always, if you are not happy with an item, it can be returned for a refund less 15%, or First House Furnishings will remake the item until you are pleased.
Any returns will be paid for by First House Furnishings, as long as there is no item breakage.
Any item broken in transit from First House Furnishings to a client will be remade and again shipped off.
The price of a custom item will vary depending on the labor needed. That includes:
the amount of gold or platinum needed.
the carving desired or any other desired application of paint or glaze required.
Once an item is bid by First House Furnishings, the price will hold, unless the client changes the parameters of the pot.
Shipping costs are estimates for various sizes. Actual costs may differ depending on the weight of each pot.
Overnight and special handling costs are additional.
Payments will be made by Zelle, PayPal or personal check only. Zelle is limited to USA orders.
PayPal costs are added to the total. Friends and Family PayPal payments have no added fee if the payment for the entire payment uses your PayPal balance or bank account. There is a small charge for payments made with a debit or credit card.
Items shipped to California will have the applicable sales tax applied.
An invoice will be sent before work on any custom pot is started. Receipt of a down payment will result in the commencement of work on a pot. However, as any pot is on a first come-first serve basis, a down payment will only be requested when work is to start.
